All Geniuspills Media original content projects work on a company wage: all personnel make the same fixed day rate for production / post / prep days, respectively. Geniuspills creative-core projects are currently ultra-low budget, non-union.

SUSTAINABILITY / EFFORTS AND UPGRADES

We recognize imperfection in sustaining a lean green production machine and seek to continually uplevel our ability to produce in Los Angeles with low-impact. We source items / recycle materials and aim to circumvent any single-use plastics.
